Mohamed Essam El-Din Mesameh serves as Finance and Administration Director at NAWA, overseeing financial governance, compliance systems, and operational sustainability. He combines academic research with more than 12 years of professional experience in financial management, accounting, and public-sector contracting.

He is a PhD researcher in Business Administration at the Arab Academy for Administrative, Financial and Banking Sciences and holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management from the same institution. His academic and professional background enables him to integrate strategic planning with disciplined financial oversight.

Previously, he served as Financial Manager at the Egyptian Center for Strategic Studies (ECSS) and led the Contracts Management team at the National Training Academy. His work has involved developing procurement frameworks, strengthening compliance systems, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and governance standards.

He has completed advanced executive programs, including Egypt’s Presidential Leadership Program and the National Program for Foreign Contracting. He has also participated in major national and international initiatives, including the World Youth Forum and COP27, supporting financial and logistical management within large-scale institutional environments.

At NAWA, he focuses on building transparent, accountable, and adaptive financial systems that enable efficient program delivery and long-term institutional resilience.
