Vintage decorative novelty ceramic table lighter in excellent working condition. This ceramic figural decanter mid century novelty was from 1940s-1950s and was part of the "winking mustache man" series. This vitage barware table lighter falls into the category of "Kitsch" or character-driven folk art pottery. The lighter stands 11" tall and is a wonderful rare hand painted piece of its time. This figure is from either Japanese or European origin.
