Vintage 7317th Opron Unit Evreux France Ibelo Monopol Lighter Germany Historic This is not currently in working condition- it needs some attention – in particular it seems to need some the spring mechanism for the flint, wick, and possibly a rivet/screw & some attention, rayon, and flint. There are some signs of age/wear throughout. I did not attempt to restore this lighter. I am selling it as is – being as it’s a collectible I am sure someone will know exactly what to do with it.
