Vintage Shields Fifth Avenue Japan Golf Bag Lighter. Measures 7 inches tall. Tested and works. Has a fair amount of ceramic crazing and a little paint loss (mainly on the handle) but zoom pictures for best detail. Not dated, but looks to be from the 60s or 70s.
