Great matching set from Princess Gardner. I don't know exactly what era these are from but the house they came out of was a complete 1974 time capsule. I kept expecting the Brady Bunch kids to come marching around the corner. The case doesn't seem to have been used (based on the label inside it). Not sure about the lighter but it wouldn't spark for me, so maybe it needs a flint? Not too sure. Thanks for looking!
