Nour Wagih serves as Head of Communication and External Relations at NAWA, bringing over seven years of experience in international partnership development, institutional networking, and multilateral engagement. Her work focuses on strengthening NAWA’s external positioning and operational coordination across diplomatic and research platforms.

She began her professional career at the Egyptian Center for Strategic Studies (ECSS) in 2018 and later joined NAWA, where she has overseen the planning, coordination, and implementation of more than 200 international, regional, and national events in collaboration with governmental entities, embassies, and international organizations.

Nour served as the principal coordinator for the development of Egypt’s National Action Plan on Women, Peace and Security (Egy-NAP), working in partnership with the National Council for Women and the Cairo International Center for Conflict Resolution, Peacekeeping and Peacebuilding under the supervision of UN Women. She also coordinated institutional participation in global platforms including COP27 and the World Youth Forum, and contributed to high-level conferences held alongside the UN General Assembly.

Her training portfolio includes advanced programs in peacebuilding, conflict management, negotiation, and mediation, as well as executive leadership development initiatives.

At NAWA, she leads strategic partnerships, external relations management, and institutional visibility efforts across regional and international arenas.
